About the Accommodation
This stylish accommodation is perfect for couples, families, or groups of friends of up to 10 people.
It is a fully licensed tourist house that will make you feel at home, not a hotel.
The space: We offer 2,000 m² of fully enclosed land, featuring a large pool well-equipped with numerous sun loungers, a wooded area, a barbecue with all basic needs covered, and various areas to relax. Additionally, there is a terrace with a dining table and parasol. We ensure the safety of our guests with high-range surveillance cameras, both day and night.
The House: The house is completely independent, spacious, beautiful, bright, and welcoming. The interior features five very spacious double bedrooms, four bathrooms, and we provide towels and bed linen. It also includes an office, living-dining room, and kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped, practical, and functional. It has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, two refrigerators, cooking utensils, an Italian coffee maker, and a large dining area where you can fully enjoy the culinary delights of the region. The house offers multiple areas to relax, have a snack, barbecue, take a dip in the large pool, or simply enjoy a good book in a comfortable hammock in some corner of the house or its vast grounds.
Other: Events and parties are not allowed without prior consultation before booking. The same applies to pets; the accommodation is pet-friendly upon request, and an additional charge may apply for animals, and we provide a mattress...

We provide a crib for 1 baby under 3 years old free of charge, as well as a high chair.

Each is equipped with mosquito nets for your comfort.
- Room 1 en suite features a 200x200 bed for 2 people. It has its own bathroom with a bathtub/shower, bidet, toilet, and sink, as well as a hairdryer. It also includes a safe, bedside lamps, and USB sockets on the headboard. Wardrobe with shelves and hangers.
- Room 2 en suite features a 180x200 bed for 2 people. Sockets on the headboard. It has its own bathroom with a shower, bidet, toilet, and sink, as well as a hairdryer. Wardrobe with shelves and hangers.
- Room 3 features a 140x200 bed for 2 people, sockets and bedside lamps on the headboard. Wardrobe with shelves, hangers, and a dresser. It has a bathroom right next to the room, with a shower and toilet.
- Room 4 features a 130x200 bed for 2 people, sockets and bedside lamps on the headboard. Wardrobe with shelves, hangers, and a dresser. It has a bathroom right next to the room, with a shower, toilet, bidet, and hairdryer. Shared bathroom with the fifth room.
- Room 5 features a 130x200 bed for 2 people, sockets and bedside lamps on the headboard. Wardrobe with shelves, hangers, and a dresser. It has a bathroom right next to the room, shared with the fourth room.
Covered Terrace:
Enjoyment area with garden views. It has 3 sofas and a low table with an ashtray. Area suitable for smokers and non-smokers.
Pool:
It measures 10x5 m and has an integrated ladder. You can stand all around the perimeter, and the deepest area is a little over 2 m. We provide a dining table on the terrace for 10 guests, a 3m by 3m umbrella, and 10 reclining sun loungers.
Barbecue:
We offer a free barbecue with utensils, upon request.
Internet:
We provide our guests with free high-speed internet access.
Free Parking:
Inside the property with a capacity for up to 4 vehicles.

We are delighted to welcome you to our charming house located in the heart of Bergondo.
Since 2024, our goal has been to make this large family home a comfortable and welcoming refuge for travelers from around the world. It all began in the 1980s when our ancestors decided to shape this beautiful house.
Due to its large size and after several unsuccessful attempts at long-term rental, the house didn't receive the respect it deserved.
Inspired by our family-friendly lifestyle, we decided to transform this space into one where everyone can feel completely at home while exploring the beauty of the region and enjoying our wonderful culinary delights.
Thanks to obtaining the tourist license, we have been able to preserve the warm and welcoming soul of the house.
We believe in the importance of authentic and personalized hospitality for each of you. Our mission is to create a memorable experience for every guest, emphasizing comfort, warmth, and attention to detail.
