About the Accommodation
This stylish accommodation is perfect for couples, families, or groups of friends of up to 10 people.
It is a fully licensed tourist house that will make you feel at home, not a hotel.
The space: We offer 2,000 m² of fully enclosed land, featuring a large pool well-equipped with numerous sun loungers, a wooded area, a barbecue with all basic needs covered, and various areas to relax. Additionally, there is a terrace with a dining table and parasol. We ensure the safety of our guests with high-range surveillance cameras, both day and night.
The House: The house is completely independent, spacious, beautiful, bright, and welcoming. The interior features five very spacious double bedrooms, four bathrooms, and we provide towels and bed linen. It also includes an office, living-dining room, and kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped, practical, and functional. It has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, two refrigerators, cooking utensils, an Italian coffee maker, and a large dining area where you can fully enjoy the culinary delights of the region. The house offers multiple areas to relax, have a snack, barbecue, take a dip in the large pool, or simply enjoy a good book in a comfortable hammock in some corner of the house or its vast grounds.
Other: Events and parties are not allowed without prior consultation before booking. The same applies to pets; the accommodation is pet-friendly upon request, and an additional charge may apply for animals, and we provide a mattress...
