Booking Terms:

Booking is only possible through our secure website. Reservations are only confirmed after receiving full payment by email. Payments can be made through the following means and must always include your booking reference which we will provide before payment:

- Spanish banking payment system Bizum*:

Upon confirming your wish to pay your reservation through the Spanish banking payment system Bizum, you will receive by email the total amount of your reservation with your booking reference to be indicated when processing your payment, as well as the host's phone number.

  • For bookings under 1000€, payment can be made in a single transaction.
  • For bookings between 1000€ and 2000€, payment can be made in 2 Bizum payments of half the total reservation amount each.
  • For bookings over 2000€, payment can be made in 4 Bizum payments of the total divided by 4, with 2 payments in the month of booking and the other 2 payments the following month. This is only possible if the arrival date is at least 30 days from the total payment. Otherwise, or for guests who don't have Bizum service with their bank, the total payment can be made via SEPA bank transfer.

*(Bizum is a mobile payment service in Spain that allows users to send and receive money instantly through their mobile phones. It is integrated into most mobile banking applications of major Spanish banks, making it easy to use without needing to download an additional application. With Bizum, users can make money transfers to other people simply using their phone number, without needing to know the recipient's bank account number. In addition to transfers between individuals, Bizum also offers the possibility of making payments to businesses and donations to NGOs quickly and securely.)

- SEPA bank transfer*:

  • Valid for any booking amount. Upon confirming your wish to pay your reservation by SEPA bank transfer, you will receive by email the total amount of your reservation with your booking reference to be indicated when processing your payment, as well as the host's IBAN number. When making payment by bank transfer, you must attach proof of your bank transfer in response to the same booking email.

*(SEPA, which stands for "Single Euro Payments Area", is a European Union initiative to simplify bank transfers in euros within Europe. The goal of SEPA is to make cross-border electronic payments as easy and efficient as domestic payments within each participating country. SEPA covers the 27 European Union countries, as well as Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, Monaco, San Marino, Andorra, and Vatican City. Thanks to SEPA, money transfers in euros between bank accounts in these countries are faster, safer, and more economical.)

Booking modifications must be made at least 20 days before the planned arrival date. Any cancellation incurs a 100% charge of the total amount. We allow customers to change dates once per booking, 20 days or more before check-in. At the same price as the original booking or higher, in case of a higher price difference, the guest must pay the difference using the payment methods provided by the host, under the same conditions as the initial booking.

Your booking will be guaranteed and confirmed when you receive an email confirmation. If you encounter any problems during your booking, please let us know in response to your booking request email. In case of remaining balance to be paid, the remaining rental amount will be paid by the Tenant at the latest upon entering the property. The Tenant will make this payment in cash or via Bizum on site.

Property Use

Guests commit to using the property responsibly and respecting house rules. The number of people in the villa cannot exceed the mentioned capacity, and owners reserve the right to refuse any unplanned excess persons. If pets are allowed, only with prior approval and with an additional charge to the booking price. Only small dogs are accepted and remain under their owners' responsibility (including and especially regarding waste). For your information, the property is fully fenced. It is forbidden to leave animals alone in the property. Warning! If your animal causes damage, your liability could be engaged. In this regard, it is advisable to verify in your insurance contract that your liability as a pet owner is covered. Basic cleaning of the property is your responsibility during your stay.

Damages and deterioration: All damages caused in the Villa, both interior and exterior, will be charged to the tenants and/or their eventual visitors. Any deterioration must be reported to the owners.

Liability: The use of the pool and outdoor spaces is free and conditioned to use "as a good family father". The owners' liability cannot be engaged in case of damages against tenants, their visitors, and their property. Tenants must report all potential visitors.

Security deposit: The guest can choose between two options for the security deposit. This can be constituted by:

  • Online deposit of 500€ operated by Chekin.com at the latest upon entering the premises as a security deposit intended to cover damages and/or deterioration of the accommodation and furniture and objects that equip it, caused by the Tenant, as well as loss of keys or other objects. The security deposit will be returned to the Tenant on the day of departure, after deduction, if applicable, of sums covering the damages and/or deterioration mentioned above.
  • Or through the Damage Protection Plan operated by Chekin.com with a single fee. This will be returned, subject to inventory verification and property condition at the time of key return.

Length of stay: The tenant cannot under any circumstances claim any right to remain on the premises at the end of the stay.

Liability

Galicia 360 is not responsible for losses or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. Property cleaning is their responsibility during their stay.

Privacy Policy

We collect and use your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.

Terms Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will take effect when published on our site.
